What we do with
your details

The short version: we use your details to send you what you asked for, we follow up once, we don't sell data, and we delete everything on request. The longer version is below, and it doesn't contradict the short one.

What we collect

When you request a free Namecheck we ask for your name, email address, business name, website, category and location, because those are the inputs the measurement needs and the address to send it to. That's it.

Two things measure how this site is used. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookie-free and doesn't track you across sites. HubSpot's tracking script does set cookies, including an anonymous visitor ID. That ID is attached to your Namecheck request when you send it, which is how HubSpot tells a real enquiry from an automated one, and it links the pages you viewed here to your enquiry once you make one. Until you submit the form it is an anonymous ID and not a name. You can block these cookies in your browser settings.

What we do with it

  • 1Your details go into Sydney Digital Marketing's CRM so we can send your Namecheck results and follow up about them once. SDM operates Top of Prompt, so SDM is the entity holding the data.
  • 2One follow-up means one. We don't add you to a mailing list without asking, and a "no thanks" ends the conversation.
  • 3We don't sell your data, share it with third parties for their marketing, or use it for anything beyond running the Namecheck and that single follow-up.
  • 4Deletion on request. Reply to any email from us, or write to hello@topofprompt.com.au, and we'll delete the lot.

Where it's processed

Form submissions and site analytics are processed by HubSpot (SDM's CRM) and the site is served by Cloudflare. Both act as processors for SDM under their standard terms. We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Questions

Anything about your data: hello@topofprompt.com.au. This policy was last updated in September 2026, and if it changes we'll note what changed here rather than editing silently.

What changed

September 2026: we added HubSpot's tracking script to the site, so the site now sets cookies. The previous version of this page said the site was cookie-free and that no cookie banner was needed. That is no longer true, and the section above has been rewritten to say what the cookies actually do.
